FUYANG FOUNDATION
Pingyuan County Fuyang Education Development Foundation is a non-public offering foundation that Shandong Fuyang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. donates 2 million yuan and registers every year. It will start preparations at the end of July 2019 and start operation in January 2020. It is the first educational foundation donated by enterprises in Dezhou City. Over the past four years, the foundation has been adhering to the project purpose of "awarding teaching assistants and helping the poor". It is committed to encouraging excellent teachers to play a leading and exemplary role, subsidizing poor teachers to focus on education, subsidizing poor students to successfully complete their studies and improving school running conditions.
Since its establishment, the foundation has mainly carried out more than 30 public welfare activities, such as subsidizing excellent students with both moral and academic qualities, rewarding excellent college entrance examination students, rewarding excellent teachers, helping poor teachers, donating books, and visiting old party members and their survivors in the education sector for the past 100 years since the founding of the party: more than 1500 students and more than 700 teachers. The annual public welfare subsidy amounts to more than 180 million yuan. In addition, nearly 2000 copies of luggage and school supplies were distributed to outstanding students in the college entrance examination and inspirational awards for both moral and academic excellence. It has been well received by all sectors of society and has made due contributions to the development of education in the county.
