The psychological health lecture 'How to Accompany Adolescents' was a great success!

To help parents and teachers understand the psychological and physiological characteristics of middle school students, learn communication skills for adolescents, cultivate students' positive and healthy mental states, and promote the comprehensive development of students' physical and mental health. On April 23, Shandong Fuyang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Pingyuan County Fuyang Education Development Foundation, in conjunction with the County Education and Sports Bureau, held a psychological health lecture themed 'How to Accompany Adolescents'. More than 450 people participated in the event, including Zhang Chengshun, Executive Deputy Minister of the Publicity Department of the Pingyuan County Party Committee; Liu Chuanxiang, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Pingyuan County Education and Sports Bureau; Shi Rui, Chairwoman of the Pingyuan County Women's Federation; and relevant leaders from the Pingyuan County Fuyang Education Development Foundation.
The lecture was given by Li Fengxia, the Secretary-General of the National Vocational Education Psychology Association. Professor Li discussed the characteristics of adolescents, common psychological issues, and parent-child communication barriers. Using rich case studies and detailed data, she narrated successful cases in adversity and explained in a straightforward manner the methods and significance of building confidence, facing setbacks, and managing emotions through a series of interactive approaches. This helped adolescents feel less helpless and confused, enabling them to learn positively and live happily. After the lecture, many teachers and parents expressed that they benefited greatly from attending; many psychological knots were untied, and they hope to have more such activities in the future.
The smooth conduct of this lecture is beneficial for assisting parents in mastering more skills for interacting with adolescents. It helps adolescents establish correct values, promotes effective communication mechanisms within families, creates a good family environment for children's healthy growth, and further fosters the physical and mental health development of young people.
